Valentine's Day Special Part 1:The Lying Game

First of all: Happy Valentine's Day to all of you. Hope you have someone special to spend it with, or atleast to dream about. Or you can do it like and just think about all the cute couples on TV. Really, who needs real love? :P

At this Valentine's Specials, I am going to talk about all the couples that I love or that I would really, really love, if they would finally happen.

 The Lying Game:

Now that Sutton and Ethan spent a couple of days at his father's and had some new special and bonding moments, including romantic kissing in front of the fireplace, it is undoubted that they are going back to what they had before Emma stepped into the scene. No, probably it is going to be even better, with much more feelings, much more truth.

To be honest, Sutton is kind of a manipulative bitch, and Ethan annoyed me quite a lot lately with that mix between a bad boy and a superhero (although he got me back a little bit with saying the one person he want to meet is Johnny Cash...). Despite all that, I want them to become a couple again. Not one like Emma and Ethan used to be (the "I love you more than everything, I want to run away with you" typ), but a more fun one.

And what is with Emma? Of course, it is going to be hard for her to handle the break-up, but I think there will be someone to comfort her: Thayer. They would definitly make a super sweet couple. Thayer already is falling for her ("What ever happens, I will be there for you." 1x17), Emma isn't realizing that so far, but when she is, she will hopefully discover her own feelings.

Laurel, finally ending things with that creepy Justin (hopefully for good), won't be alone for long. She and Baz share the same interests (MUSIC) and honestly, Baz so much handsomer. Why should someone like Laurel, beautiful, talented, kind, waste her time with someone like Justin.

Oh my god, now finally the big secret is out. Emma told Mads that she isn't Sutton. Will Mads except that explanation? Imagine: Your best friends is acting really weird and extremely cunning for some time, and when you are ending the friendship after all, she comes up with "Oh, that wasn't me, that was my twin sister who did this to you." (that is not a quotes, just a conclusion). Would you actually believe her? Honestly, I wouldn't. Ok, probably I would after some more explanations, because I always trust people saying the truth too easily. But Mads? I am afraid she is not going, maybe she will just run off without listening to what Emma has to say.
And then, she might tell her father. And that would be horrible for the twins, I guess.
So, Mads really isn't the best person to share the secret with. But nevertheless,  I am glad she did. Things were getting more and more complicated with the whole switch - and switch back situation.
By the way, another switch is going to happen, I think: Sutton is, obviously, falling for Ethan again (if she ever even stopped), and after spending so much time with her, Ethan will probably recover his feelings for her. Emma is still thinking about no one else but Ethan, but I think someone else might be thinking about her a little more lately: Thayer. Didn't you noticed that look of his, when he was watching Emma through the window? And there already was something like chemistry between them, I think. You remember when the played video games together?
So, the twins changing their boyfriends (ok, Thayer isn't Sutton's, never really was, but the used to have a thing going...) won't happen all easily, will it? It will be drama, guys, not drama... Can't wait!

The Lying Game: Black and White and Green All Over



Do you believe that "Black and White and Green All Over" was just the 14th episode of ABC's Lying Game? I feel like it is already the 2nd season or something, so much has happend so far. Nevertheless, we almost didn't got any more clues to who is Emma and Sutton's birth mother, now that it has turned out that Annie Hobbs isn't. But despite that fact, she is yet involved in some kind of secret with Rebecca and probably with Alec and Ted, too. Honestly, who on that show isn't?

 I really liked that dress Sutton was wearing at the Black and White Ball, but her hair? It ruined the whole look, just letting it down, curl it a bit, and she would have looked stunning. Keeping it simple, that is the key.

The best song on the last episode was "Sky's Still Blue" from the American singer-songwriter Andrew Belle, whose songs were already featured on an amount of other TV shows like 90210, The Real World, Ghost Whisperer, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Grey's Anatomy, The Vampire Diaries, One Tree Hill and actually, Pretty Little Liars, too. Never heard of him before, though.

The Lying Game's thirteenth episode was more fun than every episode before. With the real Sutton back in the game, things are going heat up for sure.
We got to know Ryan, a rich British guy. I think they tried to make him something like a badass, you know, getting kicked out of boarding school, spending his father's money for ridiculous stuff and things like that, but all this didn't really convince me. He is just too nice. Actually, pretty cute and handsome, but yet nice. That is not a bad thing, though I kind of like bad boys (at least on TV;) ). Maybe he is going to be more "badass" (more fun!) in the future. And I'm sorry, but I don't want him to fall in love with Mads and have a sweet little romance, that would be very boring. Anyway, every new character at this show turns out to be involved into some kind of creepy mystery sooner or later.
Just like Justin. Now that we (and Laurel) found out, that he came to town for nothing but revenge, I'm not really suprised. Wasn't he a bit weird from the beginning? Running away for golf? Sure. Couldn't he come up with a better lie?
I love, love, love Sutton. Yes, Emma is the twin who is more kind. Nevertheless, Sutton complaining about her coffee, Emma's styling and everything else was just hilarious. I'm pretty happy she is back for good now, as long as she doesn't mess up Ethan and Emma's relationship.
Speaking of Ethan, did anyone else notice how sarcastic he was around Sutton? Definitly not truly over her, but in my opinion, he should be. I never understood how they even got together.
Can't wait for next week's episode to see Sutton finally taking her life back and tricking around again.

I used to really like the cute outfits, that were worn on ABC's The Lying Game. But sometimes, when I'm watching it, I just think "What the hell are they wearing???"

Recently, it's a little bit too high fashion, you know, just not age or school appropriate. Especially Lauren seems to like to show up in the weirdest outfits. Are they trying to make them look older? It's not really working then, it's more ridiculous than grown up.

The girls are in high heels all the time, even if they're tidying up (check Mads, picture 3) Maybe it's me who is wrong with saving the heels for special occasions, but isn't it quite nice to be able to dress up more glamorous than you do for school?
I hope the show's stylists are going back to normal soon, because it's getting more and more unrealistic.
